Obituary

Jessica Rene’ Lehman, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, fiancé, and friend, left this earth on July 31, 2023, to spend eternity in Heaven with our Lord and Savior, at the young age of 31.

Jessica was born on May 28, 1992, to Lori Hardigree Bowling and Richard “Ric” Lehman. They knew from the moment she was born there was something special about their baby girl. Her life was full of wonder and beauty. Jessica could light up a room with her vibrant and curious spirit.  She was bubbly, outgoing, vivacious, funny, silly at times and just simply like no other. Jessica was the mother to three amazing children, whom she loved with her whole heart.

Those of you who did know her, realize that we will miss her laugh, her kindness, her free spirit and the sparkle in her beautiful blue eyes.

Jessica was predeceased by her grandmother Diane Lucille Blotner; her grandfathers, Orison Hardigree and Richard “Dick” Lehman; her aunt, Kelly Ryan; her uncle Joseph Hardigree; and her cousin, Tana Merritt.

Jessica will be lovingly remembered by her children Lily Lehman, Joshua Short Jr. and Byron Smith; her parents Lori Hardigree Bowling (Dave Howell) and Ric Lehman (Kim); her brothers Corey Lehman (Mclaine) and Zachary Lehman; her grandmothers Beverly Hardigree and Marcia Lehman; fiancé Darian Smith; aunts Terry Eifert (Joe) and Peggy Reeser (Mike); uncle Jeff Lehman (Pam); nephew Coleson Lehman; niece Laila Lehman; and a host of cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
