Obituary

David Michael Wasmuth age 68 of Dayton, OH passed away on 11/29/2025. He was born on 5/23/1957 in Dayton Ohio to Phyllis and Robert Wasmuth.

David was a US army veteran. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing. He was a big fan of sports, especially football and was known for being very competitive during family backyard football games. David was a die-hard Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State buckeyes fan. Most of all, David will be remembered as a wonderful grandfather and father, not only to his children but to some of their friends and some of his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Rosanna. His 3 children Aaron Wasmuth, Alison (Jason) Noel and Scott (Sarah) Martin. Bonus daughter Stephanie Mullins. Grandchildren Jason Jr., Jacob, Jordan (Michaela), Sean, Aaron Jr., Jase, Kason and Aamilah. Brother’s Mark (Lon) Wasmuth and Ronnie (Vickie) Wasmuth. Nieces and nephews Nicole Knight, Michael Keller, Jeremy Wasmuth, Lisa Jones, Ronnie Lynn Wasmuth and Cheyenne Carlton. Best friends Marty Townsend and Terry Mullins. Also numerous great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

David is preceded in death by his parents Phyllis and Robert Wasmuth. Sisters Lisa Wasmuth and Linda Anderson. Nephews Brent Anderson and Shaun Wasmuth.

The service will be held on Friday 12/5/2025 from 11 am – 1 pm at Glickler funeral home 1849 Salem Ave, Dayton OH 45406
