Obituary
Arthur L. Ricks, age 81 of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on September, 18, 2026. He was born on March 4th, 1945 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Arthur served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a cement finisher for 25 years before retiring.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Linda A. Ricks and his children Karen Ricks, Arthur Ricks Jr., Monica Ricks, and Jerlean Ricks. Arthur is also survived by siblings Ara Jean Jackson, Elvis Spears, Glen Spears, Samantha Spears, and Willie Spears, step-children Lynnette and Donnie McPherson, and uncle Walter and aunt Bobbie Ricks, along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service with military honors is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 at 11:00am at Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428). Online condolences may be left for the family at www.glicklerfuneralhome.com.
